General designer, Society of Projects and Engineering Services for Cultural Heritage, ATRIO, and simultaneously at the OPTIMO Architecture and Engineering studio. He has led the restoration of numerous buildings in the city of Havana, particularly in the Historic Center. He is currently the general designer for the restoration project of the Faculty of Theatre at the University of the Arts, funded by Italian cooperation. The aforementioned University was designed and planned by Italian architects Vittorio Garatti and Roberto Gottardi, together with Cuban architect Ricardo Porro.
His main works have focused on restoration projects of important buildings such as the Gran Teatro de La Habana, the National Museum of Fine Arts, the Railway Museum, the University of the Arts, among other projects.
He has published several scientific articles focused on the theme of architectural restoration and the methodologies and techniques used.
