Dipl. Eng. Lyubka Deneva is a civil engineer and road construction engineer with 22 years of professional experience in the design and construction of various projects in Bulgaria and the аuther countries, with over 150 completed projects developed in different teams. She has extensive administrative experience in the Bulgarian Construction Chamber, as well as experience in managing company, teams, and projects, and in implementing policies. She is a coordinator of a project for digitalization and innovations and a member of the team of ""European Digital Innovation Hub in the Construction Sector.""
