Sesili Sordia is a Senior Restorer at the Georgian National Museum—Restoration Laboratory for Fine and Applied Art Objects, Shalva Amiranashvili State Museum of Fine Arts, and a PhD Candidate in Conservation and Protection of Cultural Heritage at the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts. Specializing in the material characterization of 16th–20th century easel paintings, she carries out practical conservation treatments on museum collections while applying high-level non-invasive analysis and diagnostic methodologies within technical art history to inform conservation strategies and enhance the long-term protection of cultural assets.
